Explore the best of both worlds with our spirit bars, each offering two alternate tasting paddles of 3 x 15mL spirit tastings (local vs. international). Enjoy your spirits neat or add a mixer from our selection available at each bar.

• Tiki Bar: Dive into the tropical vibes with our exquisite rum selections.

• Chris Adams (The Roaming Bagpiper): Be serenaded by the enchanting sounds of Chris Adams and his Scottish bagpipes.
• Jazzuleles: Delight in the roaming melodies of the Jazzuleles, Australia’s award-winning ukulele ensemble.
• Sambalicious: Feel the rhythm with Brazilian and African drums, and let the Brazilian Samba dancers lift the roof with their electrifying performances.
