Our tours, held monthly on Saturdays, are more than just a walk through the brewery; they’re a deep dive into the heart of Hemingway’s brewing process. From 12:30pm to 1:15pm and again from 1:45pm to 2:30pm, you’ll embark on a 45-minute journey that takes you from the raw ingredients to the final, delicious product.
What to Expect
Brewery Walkthrough (20 mins)
The adventure begins with a guided tour through our state-of-the-art brewing facility. You’ll walk amidst the gleaming tanks and equipment that turn the finest ingredients into award-winning beers. Our passionate brewery team, often led by our Head Brewer, will share the secrets behind our process, revealing how we select the finest hops and malts and how we achieve that perfect brew every time.
Interactive Ingredient Tables
Next, it’s time to engage your senses at our malt and hop tables. Here, you can touch and smell the raw ingredients that make Hemingway’s beers so unique. Feel the textures, breathe in the rich aromas, and learn about the characteristics that different malts and hops bring to our brews.
Curated Tasting Session (25 mins)
The tour concludes at our exclusive brewery tables, where the real fun begins. You’ll sample four of our core range beers, a special brew, and, when available, a fresh tasting straight from the tank. Our brewing maestros will guide you through each beer’s distinct profile, helping you appreciate the nuances and flavors that make our beers stand out.
In-Brewery Experience
Held entirely within the brewery, our tours place you right in the epicenter of the action. You’ll be surrounded by the sights, sounds, and smells of the brewing process, making it an immersive experience that you won’t soon forget.
