What's Oktoberfest without a proper German-style beer?

This year, we're keeping things Munich-inspired with two Hemingway's favourites taking centre stage: Our "Weiss Guy" Hefeweizen and “Festbier” Lager.

Both will be dressed for the occasion with special Oktoberfest branding and served in our 500mL steins.

What's Oktoberfest without a proper Bavarian feast?

We're bringing a taste of Germany to the Cairns waterfront with a special Oktoberfest-inspired food offering, featuring hearty Bavarian favourites and traditional treats.

Think juicy German-style sausages, warm soft pretzels, crispy pork belly and a few sweet surprises to finish.

Our chefs are putting the finishing touches on the menu, so keep an eye out for the full food line-up coming soon.

We're bringing the Bavarian Olympics back to Hemingway's, with a weekend of traditional Oktoberfest-inspired games, friendly competition and plenty of laughs.
